We have a very busy events calendar, packed with live music, quiz nights, Rock 'n' Roll Boozy Bingo, themed nights with key calendar dates - Valentines, St Patricks, Mother's Day to name but a few. The pub is the heart of the community where customer service comes first.
We are family friendly with toys and colouring for the kids and don't leave your four legged friends at home as we have a doggy station with treats, blankets and chew toys.
The pub has a pool table, dart board and TV's to show any terrestrial coverage of sports and soaps!.

Called in for a Sunday dinner , we both had the chicken pate for starters which was very nice , then it all went down hill from there. We ordered 2 beef dinners, and the beef was like the bottom of a shoe , it was ineadable , how can you serve a Sunday beef dinner and have beef like this ! doesn't the chef/cook try it ???

Excellent service with great personality and fun. Pub food at very good quality. We were staying locally for half term break with friends this week and our group ate at this pub three times over the week as we were impressed every visit. Staff service could not be faulted and they all had a lovely personal friendly style with adults, kids and pets alike. Great attention to detail and enthusiasm. The food and drink was very tasty each time. Korean chicken and onion rings stood out. The chicken burger and fish sandwich great too. Only two tips we’d give the team is to ensure the wine is fully chilled (could have been colder) and the pizza base on the kids option seemed poorer quality than everything else. The front of house person was brilliant and made us feel very welcome as did the rest of the staff. Great atmosphere and seemed buzzing with the quiz we saw and other events planned.

Lovely atmosphere plenty of tables bar staff very attentive. Good arrived excellent hot plenty o,f but mix up in order. Sorted very quickly enjoyed the food. Couldn't complain. Young staff but they were soon to sort things .

Absolutely beautiful food! For a Saturday lunch time, was reasonably busy which is a good sign. Welcoming friendly staff! Wouldn't hesitate to come again any time! They also have band nights, open mic nights, quizzes and bingo!

Lovely pub with great food. Beth is the best, super attentive and accommodating! We were in a big group with my autistic brother, who it both gluten and lactose intolerant (so not the easiest person to please!), and they made a great effort cooking him up some gluten free battered chicken and chips. The slow cooked brisket was cooked beautifully, very flavoursome and the stone baked pizza was really yummy too. Couldn’t recommend more.
