About us
The Bull is a traditional pub/restaurant with the ambiance of a local, We have a dining area which will cater for up to 25 which is ideal for those special occasions, such as birthdays, and a family get together, the lounge bar caters for up to 18 guests seated, ideal for diners and drinks serving a selection of real ales, lagers, spirits and wines.
Our food is prepared in our kitchen from locally purchased meat, fish, vegetables, salads and fruits. Our menu includes traditional pub classics, steaks, burgers, Sunday Roast Lunch, we also have a Tapas menu.
We have a large selection of wines Reds, whites, Rose' and prosecco/champagne.
We also have a sun trapped patio Well worth a visit.

A decent Sunday lunchtime meal, though the choice of seasonal veg was a little on the weird side? Nonetheless, still enjoyed it.

Friendly staff. The food was reasonably price with lots of choice. Had a steak which was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

Super pub on Dereham high street. Had great 'lite bite' meals. Friendly service, good beer and great value. We'll definitely be back soon..!

Visited the nearby escape rooms and got hungry. We came here and had lasange and a mixed grill with a side of fries and bbq wings. The steak was cooked to medium very accurately which was a nice surprise as we've visited some much pricier places previously, even steakhouses who have got it so wrong and overcooked it. The lasagne was also surprisingly tasty and presented well with a little side salad and parsley garnish. The wings were not very good unfortunately but the fries were great. Overall, the prices are very reasonable and the food is good for what you do pay. There is a nice, good sized outside area and the pub itself is pretty spacious. The fizzy drinks were kind of flat but all in all I still give 4*. The staff seemed nice and were all very busy. Dereham was a nice little place to visit.

Under new management. Popped in midweek. Food was ok, service very prompt and efficient. Would go back. Husband curry was quite watery so probably wouldn't order that again but the burger was good.
