A venue usually needs to be pretty special to get 5 🌟 from me, however although the meal was good the customer service was excellent. It was certainly service with a smile. Every member of staff that I spoke to were polite and cheery. Food is very good value for money and tasty. There is live music every so often and all in all a good atmosphere.

We visited as a large group today for an early Christmas lunch. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

We were here for a private party. Had a lovely time, the staff were lovely apart from one who shouted at us when we asked for a pot of tea as she didn't have any clean cups or teapots. She brought a pot over once she had managed to wash up! The drinks were very good with a fantastic choice. The food was excellent and very reasonable The area we was in was cold but the manager gave us an electric heater. The radiator was disconnected. Greene king need to rectify this. Overall a very enjoyable evening. The beauty & The Beast shots were delicious 😋.

Had a great first visit at this local hidden gem. The food was above average for a chain pub and the service in general was amazing. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. The pool table and darts board looked brand new. Will definitely be visiting again. Great atmosphere! Great food! Great staff! Thanks all

Nice food. Tried this on Groupon and sadly did I not have a voucher for it, I would have left as it took so long to even be acknowledged while waiting at the bar. The starter we ordered was never brought out (they did then refund that). The meal however was ok.
