Lovely home cooked food, good range of choices, brilliant value lunchtime specials, 2 courses £9.95, 3 courses £14.95. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Sunday lunch carvery option also very good! Do fantastic cheesecakes for dessert as well as other options.

Went with other family members on 2 occasions, found the carvery very very nice! Well priced and great desserts, fantastic service, can't understand the negative reviews , great meal! Thank you.

We came to this pub on a wim been up to see family in Tyne mouth and came across this pub honestly we did not expect it to be as fantastic as it was the staff couldn’t do more for us and accommodated us in the bar area as we had a dog away from the live music! Friendly staff the live music was great but the real show stopper was the food! WOW! From just a normal pub we did not expect this quality of food honestly you NEED to try this pubs food! The tapas is outstanding! From Yorkshire we felt so welcome what a fantastic night Thankyou! Will definatly be back again

Cracking food, really good staff well worth visit and prices,only one slight complaint not everyone likes brioche buns but totally recommend the place.

Lovely pub with a good range on menu, (although would be nice to have some tasty lower calorie options) staff were exceptionally pleasant, was with a large party but everyone enjoyed their food. Service in terms of time food taken to come out was a bit slow - but again was with a large party and I'd rather this than have reheated food. Will definitely be back Highly recommend 🙂 (good with children too)
