About us

The pub has a great atmosphere and you will feel like one of the regulars as soon as you step through the door. Food is served from the menu Friday & Saturday lunchtimes and there’s also a meal deal night every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) with rotating deal options each week. Light bites and pub favourites occupy the Friday & Saturday lunch menu with options such as cottage pie and pie night on Monday meal deal night.

The pub is dog-friendly and even has a lovely four legged resident itself, Michelle’s faithful companion, Rocco.

There an outside ‘snug’ area which is ideal for catching up with friends as well as our ‘Lifeboat Room’ which is our outside room located at the rear of the pub, a perfect sheltered haven from the elements whilst still enjoying some fresh air.

For when the weather isn’t so favourable, the roaring real fires inside will keep you nice and toasty.

A proper pub! Comfortable, large selection of beverages including cask ale from Titanic brewery. Good atmosphere, and a roaring fire to help you thaw on those winter days. What's not to like?

Great well kept ale! Really enjoyed our visit after a walk along the canal, the landlord was very welcoming and friendly. The beer is the best Titanic ale I've had!

Welcoming Titanic pub, with plenty of beers from the brewery. Friendly atmosphere and inviting ambience, all clean and organised. Prices reasonable and beers were well kept.

It is an excellent traditional pub with a bustling atmosphere, serving fantastic Titanic beers on tap. The Plum Porter is a must if you can only have the one!
