Brilliant service! Great atmosphere! Especially in the Beer Garden! I haven't visited the Bear for 'donkey's years' but I was rather surprised! At first, it felt like I had just walked into a Working Men's Club! The bartender was absolutely friendly and served me without a flinch! You see...I'm an INDIAN ordering a PINT followed by another! Now that's a rarity! We just stayed for drinks before a meal 😊

Visited this pub for first time the other day, excellent pint of carling, did'nt have any food, but john & sam are great hosts, can' wait to go again. Also excellent price.

Lovely jewl in Stafford , well layed out because of the virus and the staff was helpful with any questions ! Very old look outside but inside Very modern and warming. Still a great atmosphere plus football on the multiple TV 's . Warm pork scratchings " OMG " absolutely out of this world ! The way pork scratchings should be eaten 😋

Nice place with friendly staff. I had the Mexican chicken burger with sweet potato fries. The burger didn’t look like the most amazing thing ever, but it was pretty tasty and did a good job at filling me up. The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy.
