About us
A thriving community local, which opened in 1978, on the Parkside mini-shopping centre. The pub serves one, ever-changing real ale (occasionally two at weekends), drawn from the Stonegate list. It caters for a diverse range of social groups and activities as it is the only pub on the estate. The pub has one large room with a central bar; there are separate raised areas for quiet drinking and entertainment, and a pool and darts area. Pool teams meet Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday, darts on Wednesday. It has a live music night once a month; a popular quiz night with Hoy (card bingo), offering cash prizes on the first and third Thursdays of the month. Friendly staff and locals. The pub no longer serves meals but customers are welcome to bring their own food.

Brilliant. I was looking for somewhere to sit outside, enjoy good beer, and take it easy for an hour or two in a friendly atmosphere - perfect.

A great night at the Staffordshire Bull, ( Saturday 26th November ) had a good band on, called Cherry Groove playing a variety of songs that were just right for a mixed crowd of people. Dare I say they were probably the best so far ( in my opinion ). The reason I have given 4 stars is in no way a reflection on the band but, they ran out of Adnams Ghost Ship ale..😄

We love the Bull and we are 'regulars' now, despite it being the furthest away from us. We travel for the atmosphere, the drinks are priced really well and they do a Quiz night on the 1st Thursday of every month, which is great fun. We'd recommend to anyone who just wants to go and drink in a nice, old-fashioned, light-hearted pub, ran by lovely folk. 5*

Attended a friend's birthday party on 16th October. The Pub hosts were absolutely brilliant. Friendly service, above and beyond their duty . The best kept loos, I've seen in a pub, for a long time. I wish you the best of luck for the future.
