Lovely pub, fabulous food, cosy warm, friendly atmosphere. What's not to love. I would certainly return and in my party of 8 everyone was impressed with food. Well worth a visit. Advisable to book.

The food was absolutely amazing, I had the haddock, chips, mushy peas and tartar sauce which were so tasty. The fish had a such a nice flavour and crispy batter. The chips were nice and crispy. The tartar sauce was was definitely homemade as it was sooo good! I would definitely recommend visiting the pub as it is beautiful inside and out, the staff are very friendly and the food is really tasty! 🙂

Found this very beautiful place for our Sunday lunch. Perfect ,food so good cooked lamb to perfection also the gravey was so tasty. Homemade sauces and chutney. We had starter pate and it was delicious. We then had lamb roast and chicken roast both cooked to perfection. We had their own bitter which was great. The service was excellent with attention to detail, always asking if we wanted anything, water brought to our table without being asked. They were so friendly and the atmosphere was amazing too. Would most definitely recommend.
