Gordon and Gregor are Salty & the Dog, a piano and guitar duo who bring together a cool, relaxed and informal set of soulful songs performed in their own unique style - happy to play in the background or be more up tempo with a fuller sound as required. Graduates of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Leeds College of Music, they present a powerful combination that can suit all tastes and one which is perfect for any event. As well as both being masters of their respective instruments, Gordon and Gregor are also both accomplished lead vocalists who love to provide intricate harmonies on each other’s songs. Over the years Gordon and Gregor have built up a wealth of musical experience, performing regularly as instrumentalists and vocalists in almost every type of ensemble and session imaginable, both are also dedicated educators who are regularly involved in various projects of this nature. All performances to date have proven that the coming together of these good friends makes for a truly electrifying celebration of song and musicianship.
